Meet Dena Bliss

One of Dena Bliss' favorite things about real estate is helping others visualize what they want: a home, a neighborhood, or even a life. Once a clear picture emerges, Dena uses it as the blueprint to make her clients’ dreams a reality.

Since the mid-2000s, Dena has been a homeowner and landlord in San Francisco and Marin counties. She has a solid understanding of the region’s markets, communities, and properties, and she especially loves helping clients discover Marin’s hidden neighborhood gems. Dena enjoys working with first-time buyers, single parents, and those in transition, particularly buyers looking to call Marin home, by producing an efficient and easy process.

Originally from the East Coast, Dena has been a California resident for decades. She has a bachelor’s degree in health and human development and spent almost two decades working in medical sales. Dena likens the skill of uncovering healthcare providers’ needs to those of homebuyers. Some may not even know their needs, but an expert agent can figure out what they are and how to best address them.

Dena lives happily in San Rafael with her two sons. She loves talking to clients about Marin’s great schools, including the two her sons attend and that she volunteers for: Marin Primary and Middle School, and Terra Marin School. Away from work, Dena likes to go swimming, hiking, and skiing. She also enjoys traveling and exploring Marin and Northern California, and occasionally fitting in an additional workout on the Larkspur Steps.
